They have been moved from the original factory, to a 2nd location, and now to a 3rd location. For whatever reason the 2nd location unbagged them, while 95% of the stock appears pristine, a small portion, 5% appears to have micro-scratches. All units pass as new, but this is not the usual 110% perfect adapters that we sell.
