All products to be found defective by a UPS Protection technician within warranty period will be replaced by UPS Protection, Inc.. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to UPS PROTECTION, Inc. Products being returned for replacement will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. This limited warranty does not cover product against cosmetic imperfections or damage due to (1) acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or modifications of this product; (2) improper operation or maintenance of this product; (3) connection to improper voltage supply; or (4) attempted repair by any party.
