THEY ARE USED.  THESE ONES ARE ALSO MISSING THE PLASTIC PIECE THAT COVERS THE BACKSIDE OF THE STAND.  IM NOT SURE HOW MUCH THE PLASTIC PIECES ARE BUT I AM SURE THAT THE PRICE OF THE MONITORS IS CHEAP ENOUGH TO OFFSET WHATEVER THEY MAY COST.
