All buttons and tracking seem fine. There are two screws in the bottom of the base, which I believe makes it a newer model. I think the older ones only had one screw in the base. I am somewhat of a gamer, and it's to much of a learning curve for gaming. Comes with USB, PS2, connection adapter. Works in Mac, Win 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista.
